Compliance Safe stores your documents — certificates, permits, licenses, and more — by Location, which mirror your physical businesses. Users can be added with access levels based on their role. So the right people can view and upload documents, and get alerts when renewals are upcoming.
A Compliance Safe subscription is based on how many Locations you would like to be able to use in your Compliance Safe account, and if you prefer monthly or annual billing. You purchase the amount of Location slots that you will need for each document that requires renewal (or storage). After you have purchased the amount of Location slots you require, you will then be able to add those Locations to your Location Dashboard, assign users and upload documents into those Locations.
You can start with one or two Location slots so that you can familiarize yourself with Compliance Safe and easily add (purchase) additional Location slots.
