I added a new User to my account but they did not receive a notification email from Compliance Safe.
Users with the appropriate permissions can add Users to an account. To add a new user, Click “USERS” on the main navigation. Enter the User criteria including a valid email address.
Once you have created the new User you will be returned to the Users landing screen. To send a notification email with login information to the newly created User, simply click their corresponding INVITE button.
Once you have clicked the INVITE button, the user will be sent a login email with their user name, login URL and a prompt to create a password.
If the user did not receive the email please double check the email address entered and ask the user to verify it is not in their spam / junk email. If you still need assistance, please contact support at [email protected] and we will be happy to assist you.
