Billing and Subscriptions

No! Our standard free trial offer provides a fully-functional platform for 30 days with no credit card required. After your free trial, you will be prompted to enter your desired method of payment to continue your Compliance Safe subscription.

When your Compliance Safe free trial ends, you will be prompted to enter your desired method of payment to continue your Compliance Safe subscription under either a monthly or annual plan.

Compliance Safe stores your documents — certificates, permits, licenses, and more — by Location, which mirror your physical businesses. Users can be added with access levels based on their role. So the right people can view and upload documents, and get alerts when renewals are upcoming.

A Compliance Safe subscription is based on how many Locations you would like to be able to use in your Compliance Safe account, and if you prefer monthly or annual billing. You purchase the amount of Location slots that you will need for each document that requires renewal (or storage). After you have purchased the amount of Location slots you require, you will then be able to add those Locations to your Location Dashboard, assign users and upload documents into those Locations.

You can start with one or two Location slots so that you can familiarize yourself with Compliance Safe and easily add (purchase) additional Location slots.

 

There is no limit to how many Locations you can purchase for your account.

Usability

Compliance Safe stores your documents — certificates, permits, licenses, and more — by Location, which mirror your physical businesses. Uploaded documents can be in PDF or image format.

Compliance Safe helps you and your team by securely storing your documents by Location. Compliance Safe is constantly monitoring expiration dates, and proactively reminding you about upcoming renewals.

In addition to the most up to date version of a document, Compliance Safe includes an archive of previously uploaded document versions, an event / update history, and a convenient link to send your most up to date version of your documents to 3rd parties / external recipients. Members of your team can be added as users, with access levels based on their role, so the right people can view existing documents or upload new ones as renewals arrive.

Compliance Safe also provides proactive email alerts, delivered to the appropriate team members, when documents are nearing expiration making it easy to see what needs your attention as documents approach expiration.

Each Compliance Safe user is assigned a role that controls what a user can do and see in Compliance Safe.

  • Account Manager: Full access to all Locations and Documents. They can do and see everything. Optionally can be given access to control billing.
  • Location Manager: Full access to only their assigned Locations and applicable Documents (for example, a regional manager could have access to the three Locations that they are responsible for and upload / edit and share Documents for those Locations).
  • Document Viewer: View-only access so that they can print and download Documents from their designated Locations.

Users with the appropriate permissions can add Users to an account. To add a new user, Click “USERS” on the main navigation. Enter the User criteria including a valid email address.

Once you  have created the new User you will be returned to the Users landing screen. To send a notification email with login information to the newly created User, simply click their corresponding INVITE button.

Once you have clicked the INVITE button, the user will be sent a login email with their user name, login URL and a prompt to create a password.

If the user did not receive the email please double check the email address entered and ask the user to verify it is not in their spam / junk email. If you still need assistance, please contact support at [email protected] and we will be happy to assist you.
